The Tuggeranong Vikings Bowls Club is situated at the VIKINGS TOWN CENTRE SPORTS CLUB, Greenway which has superb licensed club facilities and is surrounded by the picturesque Brindabella Mountains.

Annual Fees (Report 02/12/24)

All members please note that your annual fees are due as of 31 December 2024.   Fees can be paid any time after the 1st December 2024.   All renewals should be accompanied by a renewal form.   If you renew by direct debit please place your renewal form in the mailbox near the office door.

Pennant Training and Trials Training (Report 02/12/24)

All members intending to participate in the 2025 Open Pennant are advised that training sessions will commence on Thursday 12 December at 5.30pm.   Subsequent training sessions will be held on December 19th, January 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th, and February 6th.   A registration sheet for the training sessions will be placed on the noticeboard in the foyer prior to each session.   Nominations or withdrawals are to be provided by 4.30pm on the day.   Trial matches have been organised for 19 January where we will be hosting Canberra and sending a couple of teams to Goulburn.

International Representation (Report 02/12/24)

Tuggeranong Vikings own Chloe Morrison had a very successful week in the Oceania Challenge played in New Zealand.   She was a member of the fours team that won the Silver Medal and a member of the triples team that won a Gold.   Well done Chloe.

2024 Xmas Shutdown (Report 19/11/24)

Members are advised that social bowls for 2024 will finish on Friday the 20th December 2024 and resume on Monday the 6th January 2025.   There will be no organised bowls over this period, however if a group wishes to come and play you are more than welcome, keeping in mind that the greens will not be prepared, and nothing will be organised.

Free coaching tuition can be provided with suitable times being negotiated with our accredited coaches.
Our club participates in pennant bowls, conducts internal championship events, holds Sports Days as well as various other tournaments throughout the year.

BAREFOOT BOWLS

Barefoot Bowls is popular for Christmas parties, birthdays or even team building sessions. Why not organise your friends and colleagues for a fun filled outing of barefoot bowls followed by, if required, meals and refreshments in the VIKINGS SPORTS CLUB.
